The Accordion is designed to capture airborne liquid particulates using the principle of inertial separation. The Poly-Back Baffle is best used with air dried liquid coatings such as enamels, primers, urethanes, and other flash dry coatings with fine particle size characteristics. The Accordion Poly-Back also serves as an excellent first and second stage pre-filter to any final stage media. The Accordion paint arrestor can be fitted for use in any exhaust frame opening.

RECOMMENDED AIR VELOCITY: 49-197 fpm (0.25-1.00 m/s), subject to spray operation

• Optimal stretch is 8 pleats per foot
• Cut to length: count 1 red mark per foot of exhaust opening

• Custom sizes available as special order (default 2 week lead time and possible minimum)

*Note that pad size baffles can be turned either direction in the cell frame.  It was common for older Binks Booths to have 25″ tall openings.  A custom size is not needed.  Simply turn the filter to fit the cell.  Use wire supports to hold the filter open.
