Description
The ME/PT panel is a combination of the ME and PT filters. The ME is a “universal media” used for both intake and overspray collection of dry/powder paint while the PT is designed for general pre-filter and air intake applications. Combined, the panel is suitable for aerospace (2nd stage panel of a 3 stage system), HVAC particulate problems, and powder/paint overspray collection. The ME/PT panel replaces 2″ pleated panel filters and fiberglass.
The ME is made of multi-layered polyester with a heavy, non-migrating tack on the air leaving side. The PT is made of a heavily needled polyester, densified to 1/4″ thick on the air leaving side, with tack on both layers. The air leaving side is inkjet printed for proper installation.
