is constructed using electrostatic media: melt-blown and spun bound 2 ply polyester. Each pocket is securely sealed with a galvanized metal gasket header eliminating any paint bypass through or around the bag filter. Designed for use as a final stage aerospace filter, the XFP-6000 6-pocket bag filter is Method 319 approved.

The XFP-6000 Paint Overspray System is specifically designed for the collection of aerospace chromate coating overspray, virtually eliminating dangerous chromium emissions up the stack. This three-stage system is also easily adapted to older, two-stage paint finishing lines.
