Returns & Refunds
At Overspray Market, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of shipment for most products.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized goods (e.g., custom filter sizes), designated non-stock “special” items, and hazardous/flammable materials.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at accounts@overspraymarket.com or 855-962-7589 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Please do not ship items back to the origin address without an RMA number and the correct return shipping address.
Return Shipping & Fees:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the original shipping cost incurred by Overspray Market is non-refundable.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected by the manufacturer, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days, minus restocking fees and original shipping costs.
