2026 Price Increases
GFS has announced price increases, effective Jan. 1st – citing raw material increases.
AFX has announced a price increase, effective April 1st – citing inflation.
AFC has not announced price increases for 2026, yet.
RP Super Filter Coat Discontinued
Aprilaire has confirmed that RP Super Filter Coat has been discontinued.
All sizes (#412, #420, #421, #422) will be obsolete once local stock is depleted.

Backorders
Backorders can occur without notice and last weeks to months. We will post known backorders as we become aware of them. If you choose to wait out the backorder, we will keep you informed as the anticipated ship date nears. If you prefer to cancel your order, we certainly understand.

Lead times are running as expected with 3-5 business days average lead for most products and up to 1-2 weeks for most non-stock or made to order products.
If your order is time sensitive, shoot us an email to confirm the lead. It may take up to 24 hours to get a lead time from the manufacturer (typically we can have an answer within the hour).
LEAD TIMES: 3/2/2026
Lead times are not set in stone. They are the manufacturer’s best estimate. With that said, here are current average leads for the most popular stocked products.
AFC: average lead is 3-5 business days
AFX: average lead is 1-3 business days
GFS: average lead is 2-3 business days
- Accordions: average leads run 24-48 hrs for stocked sizes, up to 1 week for non-stocked sizes.
- XFP bag filters: in-stock sizes average 2-3 business days; *20×25″ bags are non-stock, contact us for current lead.
- Wave: pads are 2-3 days, rolls may run up to 2 weeks (standard leads).
- Floor paper: average lead is 2-3 business days; out of stock sizes could extend up to 2 weeks.
- Light fixtures: average lead is 3-5 days; lead for made-to-order fixtures is 1-2 weeks (up to 3 weeks, possible).
- Intakes & CDM: average lead is 1-3 days.
- Fiberglass: stocked sizes ship 1-3 days, non-stock sizes are typically available with 1-2 weeks lead.
- Supra Paint Collector: we dumped this product due to unreliable and ridiculously long leads. If you just gotta have it, contact us – or consider switching to a better filter.
Switch to The Accordion!
Seriously, it’s worth adding an accordion filter support if that means you can get a better filter that lasts longer, costs less, and is readily available.
We will provide the manufacturer’s ship date & tracking.
New CDL requirements may impact deliveries.
Oklahoma is now checking all CDLs entering the state. Apparently, a large number of FTL drivers have been issued licenses illegally. Companies such as International Paper have reported difficulty finding a truck. Manufacturers requiring an FTL to deliver raw materials may have delays. – 9/30/25
Possible delays
LTL DELIVERIES
Getting an LTL carrier to show-up isn’t always as easy as scheduling the collection. If the route doesn’t have a driver running it regularly, your cargo may have to sit a couple of days (and this could happen enroute as your cargo travels across the country).
Once again, plan ahead. If you require LTL delivery, allow for enough lead to get it picked up and delivered. *Note: lead times provided indicate the time required for the manufacturer to have your order ready to be shipped.
Be aware when ordering products requiring an LTL carrier that the driver may call to ensure someone is present to accept the delivery. Answer the phone! If you don’t answer the phone, the driver may not attempt delivery and the terminal may start charging fees to hold your property and/or return it to sender – either or both actions will ultimately cost more $$.
